To commemorate the 120th anniversary of our founding this year, we have crafted a special bottle of wine.
Our vineyard began in the early Meiji era with the planting of 10 grape seedlings. From there, 120 years of progress have led to today.
The brewing of "Ebisu Wine," which continued from its founding in 1905 through the 1940s.
Although production was once reluctantly halted, it returned to its roots under the sixth generation, revived under the name "Rias Wine," and resumed brewing.
120 years of history captured in a single bottle of wine. Bottled with respect and gratitude to the predecessor.
A slightly deep, clear dark pink. Fruity aromas reminiscent of strawberries, cranberries, and jam.
Notes of vanilla and wood. Bright berry fruit flavors with a rich and subtle astringency.
A sweet vanilla-like taste lingers in the aftertaste.
