This is the (temporary) final chapter of the series: 【Mojanosuke】.
【domaine Mojamoja】 is a series of wines made from grapes grown in the Fukuyama Wine Workshop’s own vineyard. The name 【Mojamoja】 comes from Kazuki Furukawa, who especially grows a beard-like mustache during the brewing season. This is a lightly sparkling red wine made from approximately 50-year-old Muscat Bailey A vines from our own vineyard. It’s a wine with a unique character, just like Mojanosuke on the label! The 2023 vintage has become a soft wine. No preservatives have been added. Please store at cellar temperature or refrigerated. Unfortunately, the vineyard contract has ended, so Mojanosuke will be on hiatus. We have started cultivating Muscat Bailey A from seedlings in another own vineyard, so we will do our best to revive it along with the winery’s revival!
