This is the second vintage wine brewed using grapes cultivated in a hedge style, planted in spring 2016, from our own vineyard with well-drained, mineral-rich sandy gravel soil on the right bank along the Hichikawa River flowing from east to west in Katsunuma Town.
In addition to the aroma of Japanese citrus, you can feel the aroma of tree-ripened fruits such as apricot, white peach, and pear. Following the sharp acidity, rich minerals and a faint pleasant bitterness appear in the aftertaste, making it an exquisite dry white wine with lingering umami.
