Furthermore, when you swirl the glass, you can enjoy sweet aromas like cocoa and black syrup, along with floral notes such as violet. The harmony of the aromas is excellent, and the complex and elegant scents enhance the anticipation for the taste.
The fruitiness reminiscent of prunes and moderate acidity are well balanced, spreading throughout the mouth. While there is a richness to the flavor, the tannins are soft, making it a Syrah with a tropical character. Additionally, the influence of the barrel provides a nice accent, allowing the flavor of aged red fruits to linger on the palate.
