Only Chardonnay grown in our own farm (*Bokunai Agricultural Production Cooperative) was used, fermented, aged, and sur lie in oak barrels. The fruitiness inherent in the Chardonnay itself, the restrained oak aroma from barrel fermentation, and the smoothness on the throat. Also, the bouquet derived from barrel aging and the umami from sur lie. Please enjoy this exquisite Tsuno Wine, Onoshita Estate Chardonnay #5, where all of these are integrated.
