The color is a clear, vivid ruby red with a slight reddish tint.
The aroma gently rises with notes of lemon, grapefruit, and kumquat, a subtle mineral hint, along with raspberry and red currant scents.
The flavor features a crisp acidity and refreshing fruity aroma as its base, with soft and delicate tannins, finishing with a well-balanced bitterness and sweetness that leaves a savory taste.
Recommended pairings include plum mayo potato salad, sea bream carpaccio, lamb and tomato stew, and stir-fried water spinach with anchovies.
