On the surface of the aroma are citrus and pale green like fresh grass, with quince and pear fruit at the core.
There are nuances of almond tofu and a faint yeast-like aroma.
When sipped, the fruitiness reminiscent of quince spreads thickly throughout the mouth, and the gentle acidity tightens the flavor.
There are nuances of white flowers like jasmine and pale melon-like muskmelon with white flesh, and the transparent fruit finish lingers long in the mouth.
As the fruit ripened, the unique aroma of Niagara diminished, while the fruitiness became fuller. Combined with the juiciness of Kyoho and the floral notes of Portland floating on the upper layer of the flavor, it resulted in a well-balanced taste. The gentle tropical acidity, clean fruitiness, and the faintly blended carbonation create a pleasant throat sensation, making it an ideal wine to enjoy with meals.
