Blended from a batch made solely with Merlot and another made with a Regent-based blend. All grapes were fully destemmed, naturally fermented with wild yeast for one week at around 27°C. After fermentation, pressed with a basket press and aged about six months in stainless steel tanks. During this time, sediment settled by gravity and was racked twice. Afterwards, the individually prepared wines were blended.
Bottled in March 2023, then aged in the bottle for another six months before release in October of the same year.
Spices like cinnamon and black pepper, along with black berries such as cassis and blackberry.
You can also sense a meaty aroma reminiscent of coarse-ground sausage, giving a strong impact.
Smooth tannins, moderate acidity, and juicy red fruit flavors fill the mouth.
The finish is very long, resulting in a refreshing red wine with a satisfying body.
