Blended from a batch made solely with Merlot and another batch made with a blend based on Regent. All raw materials were fully destemmed and naturally fermented with wild yeast for one week at around 27°C. After fermentation, pressed with a basket press and aged about 6 months in stainless steel tanks. During this time, sediment was settled by gravity and racked twice. Afterward, the wines made separately were blended.
Bottled in March 2023, then further aged in the bottle for 6 months, released in October of the same year.
Aroma of spices such as cinnamon and black pepper, along with black berries like cassis and blackberry.
You can also sense a meaty aroma reminiscent of coarse-ground sausage, giving a quite impactful aroma.
Smooth tannins, moderate acidity, and juicy flavors of red fruits spread throughout the mouth.
The finish is very long, resulting in a refreshing red wine with a satisfying body.
