After harvest, the grapes are immediately frozen, then slowly thawed and pressed over time to extract juice with high sugar content and richness, using the 'Cryo Extraction (frozen pressing method)'.
To achieve concentration and sweetness, an extremely luxurious process is employed that thoroughly sacrifices the amount of juice per grape bunch, and by fermenting this juice at low temperatures for a long period, an even more elegant aroma is realized.
Enjoy the rich aroma reminiscent of apricot, ripe white peach, dried fruits, and honey, along with the elegant sweetness brought by nature's blessings.
