It is an unfamiliar variety, a hybrid of the wild grape "Ryukyu Ganev" that grows wild in Okinawa Prefecture and the high-end variety known as "Muscat of Alexandria," developed by the Faculty of Agriculture at Kagawa University. It is a one-of-a-kind product that has been brewed.
It has a high content of polyphenols, particularly rich in anthocyanins, and has a very deep color, but it has little astringency and offers a light drinking experience.
