After 5 months of aging in the bottle, disgorgement (the process of removing the sediment collected at the bottle neck) was performed.
When poured into a glass, the fine bubbles rising resemble pearls. This elegant and glamorous sparkling wine has been named "Shugen."
The term 'shugen' means 'words of celebration' or 'wedding,' but it also carries the meaning of 'to wish for happiness.'
We deliver this celebration of 2023 with the "happiness" of those who will drink it.
