A dry white wine made from Steuben grapes grown in Tsuruta Town, called Kokubu Hakujou 2023.
The skins of the Steuben grapes were removed, and only the pulp was fermented with natural yeast and aged in wooden barrels.
The color is an orange gold with a light pink tint.
The aroma reveals a succession of fruit scents such as white rose, gardenia, vanilla, white peach, Japanese pear, late citrus, banana, and apricot. The taste features fruity notes, mineral elements, and a robust acidity that is well balanced, with astringency tightening the overall flavor, making it endlessly enjoyable.
