The production remains unchanged with wild yeast fermentation and oak barrel aging, but the label has changed from one inspired by old maps to a simple design.
In 2023, there was little rain during the growing season, and the days were very warm, resulting in very rich and fruity grapes. The wine has a different character from the usual cool atmosphere vintages. Please give it a try. It is a very popular wine that sells out quickly, so please order early.
