Made with 100% black grapes (Merlot) and white grapes (Chardonnay) from our contracted farm, K Farm. This rosé wine blends the best qualities of both grapes into a refined and distinctive bottle. To express the terroir of the grapes, we intentionally use co-fermentation.
The barrel aging period is about 6 months. It features aromas of red berries and citrus, harmonized with a subtle barrel-derived flavor.
It is crisp yet has a moderate tannin characteristic of Ouse Winery.This is a refreshing rosé wine. We hope you enjoy it with a wide variety of dishes.
