Yellow Magic Winery / Iemaji Punch 2023 (Red Sparkling) 750ml

Orange wine made from "Delaware" grapes produced in Yamagata Prefecture, fermented at low temperatures for 2 months (60 days).
The "Muscat Berry A" underwent a low-temperature fermentation for 3 months (90 days), and during this period, the stirring was done only 2 or 3 times, leaving it mostly untouched. However, by not promoting rapid sugar fermentation through stirring, we were able to achieve a better cold maceration, which facilitated the transfer of the fruit skin's aroma into the liquid. Before the secondary fermentation in the bottle, we properly conducted lactic acid fermentation in the tank. As a result, it became a delightful wine with a rich umami development. Upon opening, you can also feel the fruity aroma and fragrance. Enjoy the "Yellow Magic Winery's 'Yemaji Punch'" this season, which is not just a "Fruit Punch."
