Made from Delaware, Steuben, and Shine Muscat grapes cultivated without pesticide spraying (no Bordeaux mixture or sulfur compounds) at our own farm in Nanyo City. After harvesting the three grape varieties, they were fermented with maceration in tanks. With two stirrings and 100 days of maceration, the unique character of MC at the bottom of the tank is brought out. You can enjoy a fun and sensual "lightly sparkling wine." Of course, even if the bubbles decrease, it can be enjoyed as a still wine. We hope you enjoy this sensation both freshly made and after aging.
Like the music genre "HipHop," the "HipHop" series naturally gives a feeling of "butt lift." Please enjoy this series.
*In 2025, due to the intense heat, the grape clusters became smaller, resulting in a highly concentrated flavor. This vintage has a mild sparkling "light carbonation," but we hope you enjoy the concentrated taste.
