Yellow Magic Winery / HipHop Orange 2024 (Orange Sparkling) 750ml

This wine is made from 100% Delaware grapes grown without pesticides (no Bordeaux or sulfur compounds) in the Kanayama vineyard in Nanyo City, known for its thick-skinned Delaware grapes. The grapes were covered with plastic in spring to allow ample wind from Nanyo City to pass through as they grew. Crushed grapes and whole clusters were alternately stacked in the tank, sealed tightly with plastic at the top, and underwent 90 days of carbonic maceration (MC) with natural fermentation without any intervention. After pressing and completing the final fermentation, a secondary fermentation was carried out in the bottle. With 11% alcohol, this wine offers a solid drinking experience with a sparkling sensation bursting with citrus bitterness, allowing you to enjoy a well-structured "lightly sparkling wine." The 2024 vintage is expected to have a lingering bitter fruit finish. Of course, even as the bubbles diminish, it can be enjoyed as a still wine. We hope you enjoy this sensation both now, fresh, and as it matures. Like the music genre "HipHop," the "HipHop" series naturally gives a "butt lift" feeling. I have been making the "Delaware lightly sparkling dry wine" for many years, and I aim to further evolve it here at "Yellow Magic Winery," so thank you for your support.
