A refreshing scent reminiscent of white flowers. This sparkling wine has a well-balanced and robust richness, made with skin contact. After fermentation with the skins, it underwent bottle fermentation.
"We brew by utilizing the astringency and umami of Delaware skins, the delicate bubbles from in-bottle fermentation, and the refreshing acidity."
