The D.O. series was originally designed by winemaker Doi with the concept of "local wine for casual drinkers." "D.O.V" is a 100% Sauvignon Blanc white wine. To harmonize with the local food culture's "kelp curing" umami, it uses the sur lie method.
The green on the label evokes the scent of kelp and the herbal aroma of Sauvignon Blanc.
The V represents the V in Sauvignon and the winemaker Doi's V sign.
Characterized by citrus aromas and a sharp acidity.
