The color is a garnet with a solid blackness at the center. Immediately after opening, it has a modest aroma of fruits like dried cranberry and prune, along with nuances of dried stems and soy sauce lees that carry a salty note, combined with a refreshing menthol-like scent. On the palate, it has a moist texture, with fruit flavors spreading alongside the volume of alcohol, gradually giving way to dry tannins and youthful acidity that add dynamics to the wine. The finish is relatively clean but has a savory fruitiness that makes you want to eat something.
