The year 2023 was blessed with wonderful weather. This year, the red wine was made to highlight the fruitiness.
We aimed to create a dense liquid packed with a gentle mouthfeel and rich umami.
The raw material used was our company's sandy Sangiovese. Thanks to the low rainfall, the healthy grapes were lightly crushed and fermented with natural yeast.
After gently managing the surface by hand and undergoing about a week of maceration, it was pressed and aged in old French oak barrels.
The appearance is a vivid ruby color with a glamorous aroma of sour cherry, accented by a faint black nuance reminiscent of gunpowder.
The flavor has been finished with a gentle taste that can be smoothly drunk as usual.
