The year 2023 was blessed with wonderful weather. This vintage is a red wine that highlights the fruitiness.
We aimed to create a dense liquid packed with a gentle mouthfeel and rich umami.
The raw material used is our own sandy soil Sangiovese. Thanks to low rainfall, the healthy grapes were lightly crushed and fermented with natural yeast.
Gently managed by hand on the surface, it underwent about a week of maceration before pressing and was aged in old French oak barrels.
The appearance is a vivid ruby color with a bright aroma of sour cherries, accented by a subtle smoky nuance reminiscent of gunpowder.
The flavor is as usual, a gentle taste that goes down smoothly.
