We aim to create a liquid with the charming aroma of Zweigelt, rich fruitiness, and a complex, gradually unfolding umami.
The year 2023 was excellent for early-ripening red grape varieties, with no rain at all from late July to mid-September. To make the most of the quality of the fruit, this year we focused on red winemaking.
From the glass, you can smell vivid red fruits and a mysterious, complex aroma. There is also a nuance reminiscent of roasted green tea. On the palate, it has a soft texture and a gradually spreading umami flavor. If possible, aging it for 1 to 2 years will help the currently somewhat rough elements come together and improve even more.
This wine often divides opinions, but for those who like it, it offers an irresistible flavor.
