We aim to create a liquid with the charming aroma of Zweigelt, rich fruitiness, and a complex, gradually spreading umami.
In 2022, there were many rainy days in August and September, making it a very tough year for early-ripening varieties.
Therefore, no red winemaking was done; instead, the skins were soaked for several days to make a deep rosé.
The aroma from the glass is vivid red fruits. The characteristic of this year is the pomegranate with a hint of greenness.
When you take a sip, you feel a soft texture and a gradually spreading umami.
This wine often divides opinions, but I think those who like it will find it irresistible.
