"Fanpee Orange Bubbles is based on Delaware with a small amount of Kerner and Sauvignon Blanc added, first brewed in 2021. Each variety underwent maceration for about 1 week to 1 month, and then they were blended together, resulting in a gentle bubble with about 1.5 atmospheres of pressure from secondary fermentation in the bottle during spring."
The aroma is based on tropical fruits and blood orange derived from Delaware, as well as ginger. The taste is dry and soft, with gentle bubbles and tannins that stimulate the tongue. I always say this, but I can't help but feel that the true value of Delaware lies in orange wine.
