Several varieties of grapes are blended to create a wine with a balanced flavor.
Grapes harvested from contracted farms in Niigata City were carefully brewed and aged in barrels for one year.
Merlot made from clay soil is characterized by a slight greenish note even when fully ripe. To positively utilize this flavor, carbonic maceration was applied during brewing, giving it a soft yet structured taste.
