A blend of several grape varieties creates a well-balanced wine.
Grapes harvested from contracted farms in Niigata City were carefully fermented and aged in barrels for one year.
Merlot made from clay soil is characterized by a slight greenish note even when fully ripe. To positively bring out this flavor, carbonic maceration was applied during fermentation, giving it a soft yet structured taste.
