Cabernet Franc is late-ripening and is strongly influenced by the autumn climate of that year.
The fall of 2023 saw many sunny days, allowing the grapes to ripen with excellent color and sugar content.
Ripe grapes were harvested on October 26, fermented with wild yeast on the grapes, aged for 9 months in old barrels, and then bottled.
A charming wine with a complex and deep aroma of raspberry, currant, black cherry, and leaf mold, featuring a concentrated fruitiness.
