Cabernet Franc is late-ripening and is strongly influenced by the autumn climate of that year.
The autumn of 2023 had many fine days, and the grapes ripened very well in both color and sugar content.
Ripe grapes were harvested on October 26, fermented with wild yeast attached to the grapes, aged in old barrels for 9 months, and bottled.
A charming wine with complex and deep aromas of raspberry, currant, black cherry, and leaf mold, and a concentrated fruity sensation.
