This wine is filled with the passion of the Kimura couple, who are dedicated to their own vineyard, so the label includes the "HOME BLOCK VINEYARD" logo. After purchasing the vineyard in 2018, they switched to organic farming methods. After the required period set by New Zealand's organic association "bio gro," they obtained certification. The grapes were harvested, underwent skin contact, and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The low-temperature fermentation results in a wine rich in aroma and fruity flavors. The glass is filled with the rich scents of passion fruit, pear, grapefruit, melon, and a subtle sweetness of white flowers. This Sauvignon Blanc from a great vintage offers overflowing flavors of various ripe fruits, a full-bodied character, and a long finish.
