This wine is filled with the passion of the Kimura couple, who are particular about their own vineyard, so the "HOME BLOCK VINEYARD" logo is added to the label. After purchasing the vineyard in 2018, they switched to organic farming methods. After the required period set by New Zealand's organic association "bio gro" passed, they obtained certification. The grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks after skin contact post-harvest. The low-temperature fermentation results in a wine rich in aroma and fruity. The glass is filled with rich scents of passion fruit, pear, grapefruit, melon, and a faint sweet aroma of white flowers. This Sauvignon Blanc is a great vintage with overflowing flavors of various ripe fruits, a sense of weight, and a long finish.
