This wine is made from Chardonnay grown in our own vineyards in the Ryono district of the Ono Basin, located at an altitude of 850m, as well as from contracted farmers. The 2024 vintage suffered devastating damage to the Chardonnay in the Ryono district due to a late frost that fell early morning on May 10. Under these desperate conditions, the surviving new shoots grew with all their might and bore a very small amount of fruit, which was fermented, underwent malolactic fermentation, and aged in new 228L French oak barrels. It is a medium-bodied style wine with a complex flavor.
