The flavor maintains the fresh state of the grapes while having a well-balanced acidity, and the lingering umami derived from maceration extends. As you drink, a faint herbal bitterness from whole cluster fermentation and skin fermentation can be subtly felt, resulting in a taste that is not monotonous.
There are soft tannins on the finish,so you can also feel a pleasant sensation at the end of the drink.
