All grapes are sourced from Nanyo City, Yamagata Prefecture. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with wild yeast. No fining, no filtration, and no additives such as antioxidants are used. The aroma is very fresh, reminiscent of red fruits like cherries and red currants.
The flavor is juicy and fresh, with nuances of red fruits similar to the aroma, and a green note from the clusters that adds a spicy touch. Overall, it is a fresh and lively rosé wine with a mellow character from amphora (unglazed earthenware fermentation vessel) aging.
