Red wine made from Stuben, Delaware, and Merlot produced in Yamagata Prefecture.
Brewed using various brewing methods and blended in the spring of 2023. The aging period is 8 to 9 months. 60% aged in stainless steel tanks, 40% aged in amphora.
The flavor is fresh, with a bittersweetness reminiscent of green herbs alongside the sweet and sour notes of fruit. The tannins are soft, and there is a smooth impression influenced in part by amphora.
It has a "subtle umami" finish that allows the flavors to expand towards the lingering aftertaste.
