Made with 100% Muscat Bailey A from the terraced vineyards in the Torii-daira and Hishiyama hill areas of Katsunuma Town, as well as the Shimo-Iwasaki and Todoroki-Hikawa districts. No antioxidants, enzymes, nutrients, or fining agents added. Fermented with wild yeast, aged unfiltered in stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels.
