A lightly sparkling wine made from Armo Noir, Sangiovese, and Syrah grown in our own vineyard in Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
Pressed immediately after crushing, fermentation started using only the juice.
Yeast from Lalman company is used.
Fermentation was promoted at a low temperature below 20°C to enhance the aroma.
Fresh and refreshing green apple fruit aroma rises at the top, with fine, sparkling bubbles that stimulate the tongue. The moderate acidity and smooth finish make it recommended even for those who are not fond of wine.
