Brand Noir made mainly from Muscat Bailey A and Chardonnay grown in our own farm in Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
After fermenting each variety separately, they were blended.
We added Chardonnay to Brand Noir, which makes white wine from black grapes.
With fresh fruit aromas and a slight bitterness and tannins from black grapes, it has a light mouthfeel and a savory finish.
Yeast from Lalman company is used.
We named it "TSUDOI" hoping it would make reunions after a long time a joyful moment.
Of course, pairing with meals is great, but enjoyable conversation is key
