Made using Scheurebe, a grape variety from the Grüner family, cultivated in our own vineyard.
Early-harvested Scheurebe is fermented whole with its skins, which contain many distinctive aromas.
You can sense aromas of marmalade and Earl Grey, with hints of lychee and muscat in the background, complemented by the gentle texture of Scheurebe and the umami from sur lie aging.
This dry orange wine features a balanced acidity from early harvesting.
