Made exclusively from carefully selected grapes from the best Hishiyama vineyards within Katsunuma Town. It is a red wine with a good balance of volume and fruitiness, elegant yet complex. Fermented at low temperature in stainless steel tanks.
The flavor is gentle and elegant. The tannins are smooth, giving an overall refined impression. Only grapes harvested from Hishiyama at the foot of Torii-daira are used.
