The Torii-daira area of Katsunuma Town, Yamanashi Prefecture, is a hilly region located on a southwest-facing slope at about 500m elevation. Blessed with terrain, climate, and weather conditions, it is a specialty region where excellent grapes are harvested. The cool wind called "Sasago Oroshi" characterizes the wine with beautiful acidity and a long finish. Only rare, outstanding grapes harvested here are used.
A wine carefully fermented at low temperatures to preserve its aroma.
Gentle fruit flavor. The rich acidity and abundant minerals born from the temperature difference in Torii-daira spread throughout the mouth.
It also has the potential to be reserved for long-term aging.
