The color is a ruby with a pale orange tint. Immediately after pouring into the glass, it gives a modest impression, but over time, aromas of mushrooms and leaf mold from barrel aging, coffee, as well as red fruits like cherries and a faint scent reminiscent of slemi spread. The mouthfeel is light and soft, with acidity and sweetness of red fruits followed by a lingering roasted aroma. It has low astringency and is a gentle wine harmonizing fruitiness and a sense of maturity.
