This elegant white wine features rich fruit flavors and a sweet honey-like aroma, complemented by a gentle oak scent. Recommended pairings include steamed shellfish, marinated horse mackerel, and Acqua Pazza.

Chan Clair wines generally have a firm acidity. From just after opening to the first day, you can enjoy fresh fruit flavors and a solid acidity. Around 3 to 5 days after opening, the wine becomes mellow, with rich aromas, and the acidity and astringency blend harmoniously, enriching the flavor. Although it varies by individual, it can be enjoyed for about a week.
Please enjoy the wine as it changes with the passage of time.
Also, our recommended dishes are suggested for wine around 4 to 5 days after opening. Compared to generally recommended pairings, red wine goes well with yuzu pepper, sansho pepper, and spice-based dishes, while rosé and white wines seem to pair nicely with Japanese herbs.
It may pair better with sauce-based dishes than with broth- or soy sauce-based ones.
