Using Chardonnay from Komoro City, Nagano Prefecture, right bank of the Chikuma River. Barrel fermented and barrel aged for 7 months with wild yeast.
Aroma of vanilla and citrus from barrel aging. The grapefruit-like citrus fruit flavors and refreshing acidity tighten the wine while gently spreading in the mouth, creating a well-balanced taste.
