Carefully expressing the terroir of Fujikawaguchiko Town, which holds unknown potential, crafted by the 7c staff. 2024 marks the first vintage of the estate vineyard series.
A beautiful deep ruby color. Aromas of ripe fruit like dried prunes and black cherry compote, balanced spices such as clove, pleasant barrel notes of vanilla and nuts, and a faint refreshing hint of mint create a complex bouquet. The palate feels slightly sweet at first, with rounded acidity and even umami. The tannins are still young but of high quality, rich yet supple, and with further bottle aging, the wine will develop greater concentration and smoothness.
