Clear lemon yellow. Fresh and vibrant aromas of green apple, pear, and pineapple that open up the senses. Sharp acidity and mineral bitterness create a perfect balance, with a lasting finish to enjoy. The alcohol level is moderate, and the stainless steel tank aging imparts a refreshing freshness.
Following the 2023 VT, this is a Chardonnay aged in stainless steel tanks. The harvest was later than usual, but the sugar content was 21 degrees, lower than in previous years. In recent years, the full-bodied and rich flavor stood out, but the 24 VT features a dry finish with higher acidity and mineral content, expressing a strong, firm impression.
