A deep golden color. Aromas reminiscent of dried fruits like pineapple and mango, dried herbs such as oregano, and dried flowers. The acidity is a key feature, but the flavor is well-balanced, with a slight sweetness lingering alongside the fruitiness on the finish. It has a clear individuality unlike any other Sauvignon Blanc.
For the 22 and 23 vintages, we delayed the harvest as long as possible to create a powerful wine, but this time we wanted to express acidity, so we picked the grapes relatively earlier than usual. There were few diseased grapes, allowing us to use clean fruit. The unique aroma with a somewhat dry atmosphere comes from the grape skins. Please enjoy this distinctive wine.
