A wine made by blending Zweigelt and Pinot Noir grown in our own vineyard located in Nakafurano, Hokkaido.
The Zweigelt has aromas of black pepper and concentrated dark fruits, with a hint of violet and a light roasted scent from barrel aging.
By adding Pinot Noir, the roughness of the young Zweigelt has been subdued, resulting in a well-balanced wine with smooth tannins and harmonious acidity that tightens the flavor profile.
