A cider luxuriously made with five types of apples from Matsumoto City and aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
To balance the fresh acidity of apples with a rich barrel aroma, the traditional Champagne method is used. The light bubbles from the secondary fermentation in the bottle and the dosage create an extra dry, crisp cider.
