Red wine of the 2023 vintage brewed with Yam Sauvignon, re-fermented by adding the lees of "Hoshi Wine," which is made using grapes sun-dried for about three months, to the wine.
The rich fruit flavor of Yam Sauvignon and the moderately acidic extract blend with the deep sweetness and bitterness reminiscent of chocolate unique to sun-dried grapes, along with the fruity taste reminiscent of apricots and figs.
