This 2023 vintage red wine, brewed with Yam Sauvignon, is re-fermented by adding the lees from "Hoshi Wine," which is made using grapes sun-dried for about three months.
The rich fruit flavor and moderate acidity of Yam Sauvignon extract blend with the deep sweetness and bitterness reminiscent of chocolate unique to sun-dried grapes, along with fruit notes evoking apricot and fig.
