GRASSHOPPER was born in 2019. 2020 was the year of its second production.
What was born from exploring possibilities is a wine that can be considered the prototype of the current GRASSHOPPER.
The flavor, which was somewhat rough and assertive at bottling, has matured over three years of bottle aging in our own cellar.
It has evolved into a rich and refreshing taste.
A pleasant aroma emerges at about 13°C, slightly warmer than refrigerator temperature.
