Made with apples from Azumino and a small amount of wine grape Yama Sauvignon, it has a natural style with a slight cloudiness and a beautiful color like a rosé wine.
This is a lightly sparkling cider with bubbles gently blended through secondary fermentation in the bottle, made using the same method as Champagne.
The faint tannins of Yama Sauvignon, the rich fruitiness of apples, and the gentle sparkling bubbles roll over your tongue, quenching your dry throat.
