Hayayama, located at an altitude of about 700m, experiences significant daily temperature variations, resulting in grapes with excellent coloring and ripeness. The aging period in barrels is one year, allowing you to enjoy a balanced barrel aroma and the fine taste of Muscat Bailey A.
