A blend of Chardonnay and Petit Manseng from Kaminoyama City, Yamagata Prefecture, with skin contact and low-temperature fermentation to enhance flavor and aroma.
After fermentation, it undergoes six months of sur lie aging (contact with lees) to add umami and complexity.
A rich fruit flavor with a floral aroma of apple, pear, citrus, and herbs, complemented by pleasant acidity and a crisp salty note that evokes a refreshing coolness.
A dry white wine.
